I am Ira - Head of Marketing, I started my career on the project from the position of a creative marketer and in 3 years grew into the leader of the entire marketing department. I am currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is not afraid of new challenges.

What challenges await you:

● Planning, implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms;
● Management of significant advertising budgets, ensuring compliance with marketing and business objectives;
● Collaboration with the creative and design team to create and scale advertising creatives;
● Constantly searching and testing new user acquisition strategies.

You will need:

● From 2 years in a similar position, including experience with mobile applications;
● Mastery of MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust), understanding of mobile attribution and experience with SKAN/web2app engagement;
● Knowledge of marketing metrics: CTR, CPC, CPI, and ROAS, ability to effectively manage the marketing budget;
● English at Upper Intermediate level or above.
