YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Developing advertising strategies and plans implemented through various channels, Developing KPIs and advertising budgets in accordance with the established strategy, Managing a team of specialists by setting and enforcing the implementation of goals, developing competences, training, Co-creating a marketing strategy for the B2B area, Support in designing, analyzing and optimizing marketing funnels using marketing automation tools, Continuous monitoring, analyzing the results of advertising campaigns and implementing optimization, Developing and managing traffic generation and conversion processes in accordance with specific business goals, Establishing and maintaining relationships with publishers and advertising partners, Conducting internal training on performance marketing, Reporting the results of efficiency activities to the company's Management Board. APPLY TO US IF: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of digital marketing (media houses, performance departments of e-commerce companies), Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1), Very good knowledge of Google Ads tools, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, Ability to analyze and draw conclusions, Ability and experience in running PPC advertising, Excellent skills in organizing the work of one's own and the subordinate team, Proactivity, attitude solving problems/tasks together with the team and the ability to share knowledge, Communication, high meticulousness, reliability, attention to quality. Nice to have: Knowledge and ability to use BI tools, Experience in website optimization (SEO), Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, keyword research), Knowledge of CRM tools e.g. Hubspot, Successful experience in customer retention, Experience in a startup or fast-growing online brands.
