We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Performance Marketing Manager who will effectively scale the Wisey business through multichannel performance marketing.
Wisey is a business Universe Group, which develops an EdTech platform to improve the personal productivity of users from all over the world. Already over 70,000 users have joined the platform, which contains unique content and mechanics dedicated to combating procrastination, increasing productivity, concentration, memory development, logic, relationships, psychology and other topics.< /p>

Our team consists of 11 people, including CEO, Growth Product Manager, Analyst, UAM, Creative Marketing Lead, Creative Manager, Graphic Designer , UX/UI Designer and development team. We are a small but powerful team, passionate about our work.

Your future tasks:< /strong>
- Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns (Meta/Google/other).
- Planning and management of million dollar marketing budgets.
- Responsibilities for achieving key metrics (CPA, Spend and others).
- Generating hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of attracting new usersin and scaling.
- Testing new advertising platforms (TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Bing, others).
- Work in collaboration with CEO, Growth Product Manager, UAM, analyst and creative team .
- Cooperation with our official partners: Meta, Google, TikTok and others.
What is important to us:
