Responsibilities:

• Creation , management and implementation of user acquisition campaigns in paid media channels (Google Ads, Youtube Meta, X, Reddit, TikTok, Bing, Yahoo)
• Effective management of channel and campaign budgets
• Monitoring effectiveness and continuous optimization of campaigns based on a data-driven approach and conclusions from A/B testing
• Participating in the full creative production cycle and making data-driven decisions regarding further development of projects
• Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting, as well as contributing to campaign management automation
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure the team is leveraging best practices and innovative approaches

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of implementing efficiency campaigns with particular emphasis on: Google and Meta ecosystem
• In-depth understanding of how to optimize CPA to maximize profit
• Ability to think analytically
• Responsibility, precision, conscientiousness and creativity < /li>
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of sports, advertising and bookmaking will be an additional advantage
