Now we are looking for a Performance marketer who knows how to see real business results behind the numbers.

Your task is to be responsible for the effectiveness of performance channels, analyze contractor reports (GA, targeting) and independently implement CRM campaigns.

This role is for someone who is analytical, attention to detail and has hands-on experience in PPC, targeting and CRM marketing.

What is needed:

• Attention to details and structural thinking.
• Experience in the position of a performance / digital / PPC marketer - from 3 years.
• A solid understanding of business metrics and the connection of marketing actions with company results.
• Excellent skills analytics and data interpretation.

Hard Skills:

• Paid Media (PPC / Targeting): experience in conducting and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Paid Media (PPC / Targeting): experience in conducting and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Performance analytics: evaluation of reports, analysis of effectiveness, formation of conclusions and recommendations.
• Tracking & Attribution: practical use of pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager), setting up conversions and event tracking.
• CRM-marketing: launch and management of campaigns — from trigger letters to sales funnels and segmentation of the base.
• Data-driven approach: decision-making based on metrics and tests.

What to do:

• Analysis and verification of contractor reports in Google Analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
• Evaluation of campaign effectiveness by key indicators (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC).
