Apply if you want to join us for the position of: Performance Manager Warsaw ✔ You will support a 3-person team with your experience ✔ You will establish contacts with significant clients from various industries ✍️ The exact scope of responsibilities we want to entrust you with: Responsibility for the strategy and current performance marketing campaigns of selected clients; Managing a subordinate team; Responsibility for customer satisfaction in the managed team; Knowledge of the media, allowing for recommending appropriate communication channels to the client; Cooperation with specialists in the areas of Search, Display, Programmatic Buying, Mobile, Affiliation, Social, Analytics and Technology Cooperation with direct suppliers; Negotiations with the media; Conducting tender processes; Skills worth having: Ability to lead a project team and a subordinate team; Ability to manage workload in stressful situations; Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask; Ability to brief specialists in the areas of Search, Display, Programmatic Buying, Mobile, Affiliation, Social, Analytics and Technology and verify the received materials/quotations; Openness to people and the ability to build relationships; Proactive attitude; Feeling of responsibility; Decision-making ability; Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (level C1); Communication and ability to build relationships with clients; Creativity and attitude towards finding innovative solutions.
