Performance management analyst in KORMOTECH

We are hiring a Performance Management Sector Manager (C&B) for the administration of organizational design systems and performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the processes of evaluation (reevaluation) of positions according to the chosen methodology
• Providing advice to internal customers regarding these processes and methodologies.
• Administration of organizational structure change processes according to agreed principles and company regulations.

Participation in the creation of a performance management system:

• Formation of materials for agreement.
• Coordination of goal-setting processes.
• Maintaining a culture of regular feedback and discussion of results.
• Supporting the process of cascading goals from the company strategy to the employee level.
• Consulting managers on evaluation and effective goal formation.

Performance analytics:

• Analysis of performance evaluation data, building of dashboards, recommendations for HR and managers.

Communication with other HR areas:

• Cooperation with HR business partners on the development and implementation of the efficiency management system and organizational structure transformation processes.
• Participation in the implementation of IT solutions in the assigned area
• Support and training users, development of instructions.

Requirements:

• Higher education (management, mathematics, economics).
• A confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, preferably Power BI,
• Attention to details,
• Proactive and results-oriented
• Willingness to implement large projects
