You have at least two years of experience experience in working with Google Ads/Facebook Ads, supporting it with specific case studies (MUST HAVE) Knowledge of other channels is welcome, e.g. LinkedIn Ads You know how to optimize Google Ads/Meta Ads campaigns, especially PMAX campaigns and lead generation campaigns You can construct campaigns in funnel You like analytical tools (Google Analytics + Hotjar) You can quickly make decisions based on data analysis. And at the same time: You are enterprising and proactive. You like to invest in yourself and want to learn. You have Growth Mindset and you know itRunning ads doesn't do business for your customers.
