We are looking for an experienced People Partner in the department, who has deep expertise in mechanical engineering and is ready to lead the direction of adaptation. This role is suitable for a specialist with practical experience in this field and coordination of the work of employees. 400">

    Expectations from the candidate:

    • Experience in the HR field from 1 year, in the areas of performance management, training and development of employees
    • Advanced user of Google services, with special attention to work with Google sheets and Google slides
    • Experience of working with graphic editors and applications for building management systems such as Notion/Trello/Airtable, etc. will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of performance evaluation systems: ability to support performance evaluation processes, taking into account modern tools and techniques (360-view, OKR, KPI, motivation ratio, etc.)
