We are looking for an experienced People Partner in the department, who has deep expertise in mechanical engineering and is ready to lead the direction of adaptation. - Adaptation and onboarding of new employees, holding a welcome day, (advisory support during the trial period)

- Keeping documentation on the processes of the department: statistics, onboarding, adaptation, dismissal
- Monitoring staff satisfaction: meetings, gathering feedback, conducting various surveys, including — eNPS
- Making changes and publications in the company’s team messengers
- Strengthening the corporate commitment of employees
Expectations from the candidate:
- Experience in the HR field from 1 year, in the areas of performance management, training and development of employees
- Advanced user of Google services, with special attention to work with Google sheets and Google slides
- Experience of working with graphic editors and applications for building management systems such as Notion/Trello/Airtable, etc. will be an advantage
- Knowledge of performance evaluation systems: ability to support performance evaluation processes, taking into account modern tools and techniques (360-view, OKR, KPI, motivation ratio, etc.)
- Analytical skills: ability to collect, analyze and present employee performance data
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and transparently with managers and colleaguesemployees at all levels of the organization, building trusting relationships and promoting open interaction
