Currently, we want to strengthen the People & Culture team with a People Partner for close and effective cooperation with the company's engineering team. Among us is the People & Culture manager, Recruitment lead, Recruiter, SMM/ Employer Brand specialist and People Operations / Office manager. Together we improve the Uptech culture, which provides opportunities for development within the company. Future duties: Participation in the development and implementation of HR processes: Onboarding, Performance Review, Salary Review, Offboarding, etc.; Evaluation of the level of employee satisfaction; Participation in training programs and employee development; Facilitating the implementation of HR processes and their automation; Personnel risk management; Cooperation with the People & Culture team, as well as partnership with company management; Working with analytics and reports; Supporting the interests of team members. Necessary skills: You have 3 years of experience in a similar roles in IT; You speak English at the upper-intermediate level and above; You have experience in the development and implementation of basic HR processes (Onboarding, Performance Review, Salary Review, Offboarding, etc.); You work on tasks responsibly and autonomously, you are detail-oriented; You have a high level of communication and you know how to build partnerships. It will be an advantage: Coaching skills; Deep knowledge of the Zoho HRIS system.
