People Partner (LatAm) in Growe

Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Provide comprehensive support to employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, conducting performance reviews, facilitating 1-to-1 meetings, and off-boarding procedures; Enhance team communication across various locations, particularly in LATAM countries, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals; Utilize HRM systems to manage and streamline employee lifecycle processes effectively; Participate in interviews, assessing soft skills and alignment with corporate values to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates; Assist in the development of specialists by identifying training needs and contributing to the creation of Personal Development Plans (PDPs); Proactively identify and resolve conflict situations within the team; Contribute to HR analytics preparation to gain insights into workforce trends and dynamics. We need your professional experience: 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Manager; Demonstrated experience working with international teams, preferably in a multicultural environment; Proficiency in English; Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an advantage; Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and various motivational techniques; Familiarity with ATS/CRM/HRM systems, with a proven ability to leverage technology for HR processes; Previous experience in the IT/iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
