We need your professional experience: 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Manager; Demonstrated experience working with international teams, preferably in a multicultural environment; Proficiency in English; Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an advantage; Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and various motivational techniques; Familiarity with ATS/CRM/HRM systems, with a proven ability to leverage technology for HR processes; Previous experience in the IT/iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
