People Partner (E-commerce) in MAUDAU

We are looking for a results-oriented People Partner. You will have a leading role in ensuring an efficient process of working with people that will be closely related to the overall business goals and plans.

What you will do:< /p>

• provide a full cycle of human resources processes for operations department teams (excluding recruitment);
• work with teams to improve the quality of cooperation and productivity of the business unit;
< to stimulate influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, personnel processes and business improvement initiatives to improve business performance and people management, which will enable planned development;
• help to align people work and ensure, that employees adhere to them;
• conduct research, design and develop employee initiatives for division/company level projects;
• respond to organizational changes, employee needs, complaints and wishes, creating solutions for employees' problems.

About you:

• 2+ years in PP or holistic people experience;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• proactive approach to achieving business goals and finding solutions business tasks;
• excellent organizational and planning skills with a high level of attention to details;
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• great desire to work with people.
