Location: Ukraine (Remote) Your expertise: At least 3+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner in IT, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization Fluent in both English and Ukrainian, with proficiency tailored for business contexts Demonstrated expertise in HR processes and procedures, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Proven track record of successfully supporting remote teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience collaborating with multinational teams and supporting diverse communities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred What’s in it for you?
