We are looking for a results-oriented People Partner. You will have a leading role in ensuring an effective process of working with people that will be closely related to the overall business goals and plans.
What you will do:

- ensure the full cycle of processes of working with people (excluding hiring);
- work with teams to improve the quality of cooperation and productivity of the business unit; < li>stimulate, influence, consult and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational changes, structures, personnel processes and business improvement initiatives with the aim of improving business performance and people management, which will enable planned development;
- work with middle- by division management, assistance in setting up processes and expert assistance in solving cases;
- develop initiatives and projects of the People department at the division/company level;
- react to organizational changes, employee needs, complaints and wishes, creating solutions to employee problems.
Will be a plus:
- working in HRMS (People Force or others) >
About you:
- 3+ years in a PP position or holistic experience working with people ;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- proactive approach to achieving business goals and finding solutions to business problems;
- excellent organizational skills and planning with a high level of attention to detail;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- a strong desire to work with people;
- willingness to visit the office 1st week in the city of Kyiv (city Nyvky)
