As a People Partner, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our team and nurturing a high-performance culture. Get ready to make a meaningful impact and have a whole lot of fun along the way!HR People Partner is responsible for the entire people lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding and every touch point in between) by providing HR services (excluding recruitment) to company employees. This role is dedicated to making the employee experience at GigaCloud better.What you'll be doing:Onboarding: manages the process of the team integration and goals for the trial period understandingTrial period support: coordinates employee and mentor’s feedback as to successful trial period passingCompany employee development: manages the process of personal goal setting and achievementPerformance review: manages the process of salary review, employee’s promotion, and performance reviewCompany employees assessment: manages the process of personal development according to the assessment results as well as conducts the overall assessment processOffboarding: clarifies the reasons for employee’s decision, compiles feedback, makes counter offers if neededExplaining and educating human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employeesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with employees through conducting regular communication (onboarding meetings, exit interviews, 1-2-1 meetings by need)Updating company policies based on employees’ feedback and needs (analyzing employees’ answers to internal surveys, and problems that are visible as a result of regular HR meetings)Updating the Employee HandbookOrganize internal workshops for employee educationCooperating with internal speakers & stakeholders, maintaining speaker database (along with dates and conferences), organizing speakers' preparation, timely feedback, and editing speakers’ presentations.What you need to succeed:Higher education (Psychology, People Management is preferable)2+ years of experience in Human Resources in the IT fieldUnderstanding of positions and responsibilities in the IT companyUnderstanding of product or outsourcing companies' processesProven experience with all Employee Lifecycle processes (onboarding, learning and development, satisfaction feedback, performance review, offboarding)Hands-on experience with HRM systemsDeep understanding of human psychology and behaviorAbility to foster healthy employee relationsStrong communication and negotiation skillsUpper-Intermediate EnglishStrong empathy and interpersonal skillsWe offer you:Having the capability to create something new and witness your inputYou can find confidence in the future here, but rest assured it won't be dullJoin a dynamic and expanding community.
