Currently, we are looking for an experienced People partner to join the team, who will help us build a high-quality and transparent process of evaluating the effectiveness of the company's specialists (Performance review) and strengthen the culture of regular feedback. What will be expected of you in this position: Building the performance review process from scratch. Conducting, analyzing and providing feedback on the results of the 360 assessment. Creation and updating of specialist assessment matrices (9box matrix) by team leaders. Grading of managers using our system. Creation and control of PDP implementation (based on performance review results). Selection of PDP implementation methods. Carrying out a full performance review cycle twice a year. Creation and updating of documentation on the process of evaluation of specialists. We are looking forward to you if you have: You have 3+ years of experience in the field of HR, People partner/HR/Performance review manager. You have experience in implementing the Performance review process in IT teams from scratch. You know how to evaluate specialists using various methods (360, grading, matrices). You create simple, understandable forms of feedback in the framework of performance reviews. Effectively communicate with team managers. You ask open questions, use coaching methods and provide constructive feedback. You work with large amounts of information, systematize, analyze data and process it in Google Workspace (especially Spreadsheets). Fluent in Ukrainian (the main language of communication in the company). You speak English at level B1 and above (for communication by English-speaking specialists). Will be an advantage: Experience in Affiliate marketing/iGaming/SEO agencies.
