Your responsibilities will be:
- construction and development of new HR projects (Employee Experience, Benefits, Grading, Competencies Matrix, Performance Review, Gamification etc);
- administration of the People Force personnel accounting system: as a result, all employee profiles are filled out, vacations are approved on time, the organizational structure is always up-to-date, salaries and positions are correct and correspond to reality;
- conducting regular 1: 1 meetings with team leaders;
- consolidation and processing of received information;
- training for managers and employees within the framework of HR projects;
- support and support of employees in development and assistance with drafting a Personal Development Plan; updating and developing policies, guides, and instructions for business needs.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- you have experience in the role of People Partner/ HR Generalist/ HR Project Manager from 2 years;
- understand all key HR processes in the company: Onboarding, Review, Development, Retention, Termination;
- on with analytics, you can find non-standard solutions;
- oriented on results and bringing processes to the end;
- feel comfortable in multitasking conditions and quickly adapt to changes.
Will be a plus:
- experience of working with automated HR systems, namely People Force;
- experience of conducting Performance Review, 360 Feedback Review;
- know English at B level;
- successful experience of developing and implementing HR projects from "0".
