We are currently looking for a person who is the heart of every company, namely a People Partner strong>, who together with us will build new and improve current HR processes.

You will have the following tasks:
—organization of the most comfortable onboarding for newcomers;
—participation and implementation of improvements in performance review;
—structure and describe processes with People management of the company;
—coordination of L&D direction;
—close cooperation with team managers to improve the development system employees;
—participation in Employer Branding and HR activities to increase motivation among colleagues.

What you need to join us:
—experience work in HR from 1 year, desirable experience in IT;
- desire and willingness to build our HR processes (from idea to its practical implementation);
- boundless love for google spreadsheets;
- skill work with data, metrics and dashboards;
—responsibility and ownership mindset;
—perfectionism, because you like to have everything on your shelves and without chaos;
—you can work equally productively as independently, as well as in the team;
- the level of English is not lower than B1.
