HRPeople Partner isresponsible for the entire people lifecycle (from onboarding tooffboarding and every touch point inbetween) byprovidingHR services (excluding recruitment) tocompany employees. This role isdedicated tomaking the employee experience atGigaCloud better. What you’ll bedoing: Onboarding: manages the process ofthe team integration and goals for the trial period understanding Trial period support: coordinates employee and mentor’s feedback astosuccessful trial period passing Company employee development: manages the process ofpersonal goal setting and achievement Performance review: manages the process ofsalary review, employee’s promotion, and performance review Company employees assessment: manages the process ofpersonal development according tothe assessment results aswell asconducts the overall assessment process Offboarding: clarifies the reasons for employee’s decision, compiles feedback, makes counter offers ifneeded Explaining and educating human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards tonew and existing employees Developing and maintaining relationships with employees through conducting regular communication (onboarding meetings, exit interviews, 1-2-1 meetings byneed) Updating company policies based onemployees’ feedback and needs (analyzing employees’ answers tointernal surveys, and problems that are visible asaresult ofregularHR meetings) Updating the Employee Handbook Organize internal workshops for employee education Cooperating with internal speakers &stakeholders, maintaining speaker database (along with dates and conferences), organizing speakers’ preparation, timely feedback, and editing speakers’ presentations. What you need tosucceed: Higher education (Psychology, People Management ispreferable)2+years ofexperience inHuman Resources intheIT field Understanding ofpositions and responsibilities intheIT company Understanding ofproduct oroutsourcing companies’ processes Proven experience with all Employee Lifecycle processes (onboarding, learning and development, satisfaction feedback, performance review, offboarding) Hands-on experience with HRM systems Deep understanding ofhuman psychology and behavior Ability tofoster healthy employee relations Strong communication and negotiation skills Upper-Intermediate English Strong empathy and interpersonal skills Weoffer you: Having the capability tocreate something new and witness your input You can find confidence inthe future here, but rest assured itwon’t bedull Join adynamic and expanding community.
