We are looking for a results-oriented People Partner. You will have a leading role in ensuring an effective process of working with people, which will be closely related to the overall business goals and plans.

What tasks will be in front of you:

• provide a full cycle of processes of working with people for office teams (commerce, marketing, product, finance and people);
• work with teams to improve the quality of cooperation and productivity business unit;
• stimulate, influence, consult and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, personnel processes and business improvement initiatives to improve business performance and people management, which will enable planned development;
• help set up people work and ensure that processes are followed by employees;
• conduct research, design and develop employee initiatives for projects at the division level/ company;
• respond to organizational changes, employee needs, complaints and wishes, creating solutions to employee problems.

To achieve results you will need:

• 2+ years in a PP, HR BP or similar position;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• proactive approach to achieving business goals and finding solutions to business problems;
• excellent organizational and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail;
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• a great desire to work with people.
