The clients are amix ofSME and enterprise, from startups tomature businesses toagencies (some being world-famous), who are incharge ofbuilding custom software applications, apps and large websites.What you’ll bedoing:Onboarding and offboarding ofdepartment employees;Process forED team members;Feedback Surveys and Data Analysis;Regular Review ofIncoming Requests;HRChats Creation for New Team Members;Entering and updating employee card data, Create tasks, ping, and control the execution oftasks byemployees;Cover all stages ofthe Performance Management Cycle: goal setting, regular productivity checks, involvement, support, and feedback;Satisfaction and Mood Monitoring;Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with department members tomonitor satisfaction and address any concerns;Collaborating closely with the Head ofDepartment toalignHR initiatives with departmental goals and strategies;HRMPeopleForce;Preparing and conductingHR surveys togather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.What you need tosucceed:Actual experience inPeople Partner’s role, orsolid background inHR orrecruitment;Experience intech industry, orclose industries, for better understanding ofmindset;Knowledge ofHR principles, practices, and theories related totalent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management;Familiarity with the tech industry orrelated fields tobetter understand the professional culture and mindset;Comprehensive understanding ofHR principles, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management;Basic project management skills necessary for overseeingHR initiatives from conception through implementation;Skilled atasking insightful questions for effective interviewing and coaching, aimed atgathering essential information and fostering personal growth;Ability tocomprehend different perspectives, recognize emotional states, and establish genuine connections;Proficiency insetting the tone and maintaining morale topromote asupportive and goal-oriented workplace;Strong analytical abilities with afocus onmaking informed, data-driven choices;Experience inresolving conflicts effectively, maintaining workplace harmony, and ensuring employee well-being;Understanding ofemployment laws and regulations relevant tothe geographic location ofthe organization;Comfort with HRInformation Systems (HRIS) and familiarity with modern software tools used forHR management.What weoffer:Location: Full-time remote;Wehave telecommuting flexibility with significant Eastern time zone overlap (ET/ New York);You might need tocome for occasional visits toour locations inPhiladelphia and Europe;Wemay also beable toprovide you with relocation assistance ifyou are interested inPhiladelphia asaplace tolive;Hours are flexible but may require availability outside standard business hours;Compensation and incentives depend onexperience and will bedetermined during the hiring process.Location and Team CollaborationThis isafull-time remote position, with the possibility totransition tofull-time depending onmutual agreement and business needs.
