We are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist (Junior) who will support the effective functioning of operational processes in the HR department, provide a comfortable experience for employees at the Join-Move-Leave stages and build internal personnel management systems in the team.
Main focuses roles:
- Support and administration of Join-Move-Leave processes for employees;
- Administration, configuration and updating of data in the CRM/HRM system;
- Documentation of employees: processing, updating documents, signing NDA;
- Administration of benefits and health insurance: connection, disconnection, communication with employees and broker;
- Maintenance of internal records of employees;
- Inventory and accounting of equipment, access and passes, coordination of requests for their issuance;
- Operative communication with colleagues and support of employees at all stages of operational HR processes;
- Interaction with legal, accounting and IT departments, providing employees with advice on organizational processes;
- Participation and assistance in the implementation of HR projects and in the improvement of HR approaches;
This role is just for you if:
- Experience in the field of HR or administration from 6 months;
- You know how to work with CRM/HRM systems, you confidently use Microsoft Office tools in your daily work;
- You have a higher education (economics, jurisprudence, HR, accounting and auditing - desirable);
- You speak English at least Intermediate;
- You have an analytical mindset, attention to detail, feel comfortable in the HR space and like to streamline processes;
