People Operations Specialist in Rendever

From senior living communities to hospitals and hospices, our platform is being used to reduce depression and loneliness by fostering personal connections amongst populations where life has become limited. Participants in group sessions can check off bucket list items together, revisit meaningful places and share stories, stay engaged with family members, and more.We're in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing and overseeing our Human Resources functions.We're especially excited to welcome older adults/retirees to join our team, as we value the wealth of experience and unique perspectives they bring to our organization!ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement and Development:Develop and implement employee engagement programs that reinforce the company’s mission and values, encouraging staff participation in initiatives that contribute to the community and user base.Organize professional development opportunities, including training in virtual reality technology, to enhance team skills relevant to the company's objectives.Ensure team compliance with training programs required for their role..HR Administration:Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.Handle HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies and procedures related to benefits, leave, and workplace accommodations.Maintain commission reports, bonus reports, and respond to employee inquiries related to billing-based commission payments.Assistance with Reviews and Performance Management:Oversee the performance review process, providing feedback and support to ensure employees are meeting their goals and contributing to the mission of reducing social isolation.Implement strategies for recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions to the team and the broader community.Coordinate with different departments as needed to address employee concerns, especially as it pertains to performance.Assistance with Recruitment and Onboarding:Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new hires, ensuring they align with Rendever's mission to combat social isolation.Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees are fully integrated into the Rendever culture and mission, including orientation sessions focused on the company's impact on reducing depression and loneliness.You’re a good fit if you have…Proven work experience in Human ResourcesA passion for helping the aging community and caregiversStrong preference for those with previous experience working in a startup or a similar fast-paced, highly motivated environmentOpenness to learn new toolsExcellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independentlyClear aptitude for developing and leveraging interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExperience with Gusto and G Suite preferred but not required Show more Show less Должностной уровень Молодой специалист Тип занятости Частичная занятость Должностные обязанности Кадровое сопровождение Отрасли Здравоохранение, здоровый образ жизни и фитнес
