Crunch is looking for an HR specialist who would like to change the position and start a career in Project Managment!
You’ll work closely with the client to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll be managing the team, handling things like one-on-ones, vacations, sick leaves, and benefits. On top of that, you’ll take care of income calculations and invoicing, keeping everything on track. Communication with clients is key, and as the project grows, you’ll also help in filling new roles. Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Serves as primary point of contact for the client regarding employees and company updates
- Forecast, track and manage resource planning
- Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources
- Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote effective individual and team performance
- Monitoring of the team states and specialists states inside these teams to identify and prevent risks and their consequences (dismissal, professional burnout, conflicts, etc.);
- Informing and consulting specialists about the features of social and remuneration policies of the company, etc.;
Qualifications:
- Understanding of software development life-cycles
- Understanding of offshore software development specifics
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop a good rapport with all the stakeholders
- English — upper intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
- Conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Commercial experience in HR
- Certificates in courses and training in the field of HR or Project management will be a plus
