We're seeking a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record in high-growth international environments, particularly with technology teams. As a People Business Partner at ICEO, you'll strengthen leadership to drive our organization's success. Collaborate closely with ICEO leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and lead cross-functional HR projects focused on talent management, leadership development, and fostering company culture. You will have the chance to unlock your potential in two key Domains:

1. Providing dedicated support for ICEO leaders and their teams (~ 60% of time)

  • acting as a People Business Partner for 1 or 2 departments
  • coaching and mentoring leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, and organization effectiveness
  • providing guidance and assistance in implementing business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling
  • conducting learning initiatives for leaders and team members
  • analyzing teams' health metrics to develop solutions increasing satisfaction, productivity and retention
  • supporting onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes within assigned team
  • proactively managing and resolving employee relations issues

2. Managing and participating in cross-company HR projects: (~ 40% of time)

  • aligning HR initiatives to ICEO business strategy and People Team OKRs
  • building people processes from scratch and improving existing ones
  • conducting projects that enhance talent management, leadership development, and company culture in ICEO
  • supporting job architecture implementation and designing skills profiles
  • assessing the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • participate in other departments and People Team’s projects led in kanban methodology

  • 4+ years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a high-growth international company
  • experience in cooperation with technology teams, coaching and mentoring leaders
  • fluency in English and Polish
  • successful track record of implementing strategic HR projects
  • ability to build relationships and operate in a matrix-structured and geographically dispersed environment
  • business acumen and product-driven approach to HR initiatives
  • ability to run projects from idea to completion and adjust them to changing environments
  • willingness to work in a startup culture and built processes and products from scratch
