- Analysis of HR metrics and construction of forecasts based on data
- Cooperation with the team for the development of corporate C&B, budgeting of HR operational costs
- Involvement in the conduct and analysis of research/surveys in the HR area
- Cooperation with HR partners in order to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and provide recommendations for their improvement
- HR audit processes, information systems
Requirements:
- Experience as an HR/People analyst from 1 year
- Advanced level of Excel
- Practical experience in analyzing HR metrics, understanding correlations 'connections
- Knowledge and practical experience of launching, integrating, configuring BI platforms
- Understanding HR processes
