Headquartered in the heart of the automobile industry, Stuttgart (Germany), our expertise stretches from automotive, healthcare, travel, financial, governmental, and insurance to manufacturing industries.Our team is over 100 people including web (C#/.NET, Java, JS) & mobile (iOS/Android/Ionic) developers together with business analysts, project managers, QA, and support staff.Our corporate culture is characterized by agile processes, autonomous teams without hierarchies, as well as openness and transparency – both internally and with our clients.Currently, we are searching Pega Senior System Architect to be responsible for developing and architecturing solutions based on Pega CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) and SA (Sales Automation) to address our business requirements. The customer is a fully licensed Swiss bank under the regulation of FINMA. The trading platforms give you access to invest in global financial markets.Requirements Minimum 2 years of development experience in the Pega Platform using rule resolution, class structure design, flow rule development, case management, PRPC, UI, Flow actions, API, web mashup. Hands-on experience in Pega 8 required including its architecture, technical stack, deployment mechanisms, version upgrades, patching, and debugging tools. Ability to design and implement effective Pega solutions that optimize performance and scalability. Ability to switch between different Pega platforms (CLM and SA specifically). Specific experience in Banking or Financial Services. Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/ Pega Express) Software Development project lifecycle. Experience in integrating Pega CLM with external systems and data sources, leveraging APIs, and other Pega capabilities. Willingness to work on site Geneva or in remotely distributed Pega teams.
