We’re rapidly growing and inviting a  PE accountant to our team.

You would be running such tasks as:

• Management of Ukrainian and Polish PE (up to 100 PE, consultations, control over the payment of taxes, preparation and submission of PE reports, calculation of taxes, calculation of taxes for the exempted, etc.);
• Communication and data collection for a Polish outsourcing company for the management of Polish PE;
• Collection of primary documentation and formation of a monthly package of documents (overheads cost);
• Creating invoices for the PE on the basis of payment;
• Keeping records of primary documentation up in the ERP system (overheads cost);
• Control of the register of payments, control of the timeliness of payments;
• Coordination of advance reports in the ERP system;
• Coordination of applications for financing in the ERP system;
• Loading bank statements in the ERP system;
• Participate in monthly financial reporting (management);
• Communication with international accountants regarding official accounting and tax assessment;
• Establishment of new counterparties in the ERP system.

Required skills and expertise:

• Management of Ukrainian PE (up to 90 people 2-3 group);
• Knowledge and experience of working with the tax system of PE in Poland
• Understanding the specifics of accrual of salary, vacation, sick leave;
• Excel at the highest level;
• Work experience in the ERP system (1C8);
• Experience with primary documentation and bank statements;
• Communication skills (willingness to advise the PE);
• Ability to learn and quickly adapt to change;
• Initiative (experience of implementing processes that optimize).

Will be a plus:

• Experience in an IT company in a similar position (3 years +);
• English from B1 (for communication with international accountants);
• Work with financial reports.
