Position: Payroll Accountant
Reports to:Head of Compensation and Benefits (Head of C&B). Human Resources Department.

Our client is a group of technology companies that is actively developing, invites cooperationPayroll Specialist (Payroll Accountant)) to ensure an accurate and timely operational process. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing payroll data.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and calculation: Conducting a full cycle of salary calculation for 250+ employees in 5+ legal entities (fixed rate, hourly payment, gig contracts, etc. Diya City residents, general system).
Accounting and administration:Collection control and verification of primary documents (reports, orders). Preparation of calculation information and analytical data. Creating the necessary orders.
Communication: Close interaction with the human resources department and personnel department, accountant on ZP for data transmission. Employee counseling.
Optimization: Participation in the development of internal regulations and payroll process automation projects.
Requirements for the candidate:
5+ years of experience in specialist positions from payroll, Payroll, financial manager with responsibilities ncalculation of wages.
Work experience in companies with 200+ employees and 3+ legal entities.
Experience in calculating salary for Diya City resident companies, experience in working with gig contracts.
Work experience in manufacturing companies.
In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code and regulations regarding charges.
Proficient in Excel at an advanced level. Experience with BAS.
Higher education in economics, finance or accounting.
Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work with confidential information.
