Our candidate:

• Performs a range of time-keeping tasks;
• Performs a range of payroll tasks;
• Prepares and draws up draft orders, orders and other documents for the payment and bonuses of employees of established units;
• Collects and analyzes the necessary information for drawing up draft budgets of the FOP and personnel costs according to the established areas of responsibility. Forms a draft budget of the FOP and funds for personnel by divisions/services, conducts an analysis of the use of funds for personnel;
• Performs a set of works on personnel bonuses;
• Provides consulting support to personnel in the field of labor legislation, work organization, payment and bonuses.

We expect that you have:

• Higher economic education.
• A confident PC user (Excel);
• Skills for working with a large amount of information.
• Analytical mindset, attention to details, customer orientation.
