Our candidate:

• Executes the complex work on timesheet accounting;
• Performs a complex of work on payroll;
• Prepares and drafts orders, orders and other documents for payment and bonuses of employees of established divisions;
• li>Collects and analyzes the necessary information for drawing up the draft budgets of the FOP and funds for personnel according to the established areas of responsibility. Forms the draft budget of the FOP and funds for personnel by units/services, conducts analysis of the use of funds for personnel;
• Performs a set of works on rewarding personnel;
• Provides consulting support to personnel in the field of labor legislation, labor organization, payment and bonuses.

• Higher economic education.
• Confident PC user (Excel);
• Skills for working with large volume of information.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, customer orientation.
