Requirements:

• Higher economic education (economics, finance, accounting).
• Work experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of labor and tax legislation of Ukraine.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, summary tables, functions).
• Experience with 1C / other accounting programs will be an advantage.
• Attention to details, analytical thinking, responsibility.

Main tasks:

• Calculation of employee wages (tariffing, payment systems).
• Planning and budgeting.
• Analysis of the wage fund, detection of deviations and overspends.
• Formation of internal reporting for management, analysis of wage dynamics.
• Labor rationing, review of tariff grids, provisions on bonuses.
• Providing explanations to employees regarding payment.
• Interaction with accounting, HR, department heads.
