Your functionality will include:

• work in the company's accounting and payroll planning department;
• calculation of salaries and employee compensation;
• salary analysis;
• li>establishment and development of business processes for accounting and salary calculation;
• consolidation and display of data in 1C and ERP accounting databases;
• conducting analytics of company budget execution;
• maintaining internal reporting of the department;
• formation of external reporting;

Required skills and knowledge:

• knowledge of MS Office Excel at an advanced level, as well as Word, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive Outlook (preferred);
• skills of working with 1C:UT/ERP - will be an advantage ;
• experience working with management accounting data will be an advantage;
• economic education will be an advantage;
• attention and perseverance;
• analytical and systemic type of thinking;
• ability to trace cause-and-effect relationships;
• stress resistance and ability to solve problems;
• communicability, ability to build functional relationships;
