Payroll accountant (with personnel administration) in QPart

Duties:

• Performance of all types of calculation and withholding of wages, display in accruals and taxes accounting;
• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll and related payments, including timely payment of taxes and fees;
• Interaction with other company departments on issues , which relate to all payments and accruals;
• Prompt resolution of issues related to salary payments;
• Management of personnel records (maintenance of time sheets, staff schedule, adoption , dismissal, transfer, vacations, business trips, formation of personal files, registration of hospital employees, maintenance of military records).

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Higher education in economics, finance or accounting;
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation issues ;
• Ability to work with accounting and calculation programs (1C 8, Excel);
• Attention to details and the ability to work with a large volume of documentation;
• High self-organization and the ability to work in a team.
