Payroll Accountant with knowledge of Polish in Nestle Ukraine LLC / Nestle Ukrayina, TOV

Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Payroll Accountant with knowledge of Polish, Payroll team in Lviv.Main responsibilities:Execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in:Payroll calculation (oncycling and offcycling payments): analysis and processing of data in the system, payments to employees accounts;Payroll reconciliation: ensure reconciliation of the oncycling and offcycling payments due to requirements;Posting to GLs and Vendors;Payroll reports internal and external;Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices;Conduct participation in testing of SAP installation-specific settings.Main requirements:3 years of experience in salary calculation for Ukrainian enterprices;University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations;Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis);Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel);Good analytical and time-management skills;Knowledge of English (Fluent: spoken and written);Knowledge of Polish (Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written);We consider candidates with special needs (disability).
