Accountant for wages, human resource management in DLM

The popular chain of Ukrainian furniture salons DLM has an open position for an accountant. DLM is a successful chain of multi-brand salons that has been operating on the market since 2004. The DLM company is currently looking for an accountant who will become part of a large team. You are our candidate if: you have more than 1 year of work experience with VAT; you have knowledge and skills in financial, tax and statistical reporting; confident PC user: experience in 1C 8, M.E.Doc, ZUTP Microsoft Office; able to work with a large amount of information in multitasking mode; responsible; tidy; proactive and have a desire to work for results; constantly working to improve your educational and professional level. And you will be able to perform the following duties: Carry out the full cycle of calculating and paying wages and keeping personnel records; Hiring, dismissing employees, keeping personal records matters; formation of the staff list, changes to it; calculation of vacation, sick leave, and compensation upon dismissal; submission of tax and statistical reports on wages. Interaction with state bodies (Pension Fund, FSS, tax service); work with time sheets, control of their compliance; Advance reports, documentation of business trips; calculation of sick leaves, processing of settlement applications in the Pension Fund, formation of notices on the payment of funds according to settlement applications; Communication with the bank: applications for opening salary accounts for employees.
