Payroll accountant, personnel accounting in M-Tac

Requirements: Willingness to work in a team. Partial higher, higher education (finance, accounting and auditing); Knowledge of tax and labor legislation (tracking changes in legislation); keeping military records; 2 years of experience in a similar position. Confident user of 1C UTP 8.3, VAS CORP, M.e.doc, electronic cabinet, Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: Payroll of 800 employees. and keeping personnel records at the enterprise in the Kyiv division (150 people): calculation of wages (vacation, sick leave, dismissal, etc.) in accordance with the wage policy and the legislation of Ukraine with calculation and withholding of the necessary taxes; preparation of relevant accounting and administrative documents; calculation of vacation reserves ;work with executive implementations;formation and submission of reports to control bodies (combined report, statistics, funds, notification of acceptance of an employee, applications to the PFU, etc.);Regulation of admission, transfer, dismissal procedures;Regulation and accounting of vacations (annual , additional, social, vacations without saving s/p), drawing up a vacation schedule (150 people); Forming and maintaining personal files, personal cards (P-2) (150); forming a staff list; Working with timesheets, monitoring their compliance; Working with the PFU portal (hospital, certificates, electronic work books). Ability to analyze the ability to analyze legislation, solve practical problems, the ability to communicate and provide explanations to employees of the organization on issues of calculations and labor legislation .
