We invite you to join our team Payroll Accountant (+ HR).

Expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education in accounting and auditing;
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Confident command of 1C programs: Accounting, BAS, MS Excel, M.E.Doc;
• Experience in payroll and personnel accounting for a staff (50+) and several legal entities;
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Analytical skills, responsibility and attention to details, attentiveness, ability to meet deadlines and orientation to results;
• Ability to work with a large volume of information.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a full cycle of calculation and payment of wages for several legal entities of the Group (staff of 50+ employees);
• Perform salary deductions according to executive letters, provide reporting to the executive services;
• Maintenance of the full cycle of personnel accounting (admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations, sick leave);
• Maintenance of tax credit - allocation in 1C and control of accounts 6442/6441
• Control of the limit for registration of tax invoices in the CEA VAT.
• Assistance to the chief accountant when forming a VAT Declaration
• Distribution of bank statements
• Joined reporting, statistical reporting (3-Debt, 1-PV, 1-Enterprise and other annual statistical reports for one of the enterprises)
• Communication with employees, providing consultations and explanations, issuing certificates;
