Our 11000+ experts and 125+ offices in 87 jurisdictions worldwide serve corporates, financial institutions, asset managers, private clients and family offices, providing the combination of accounting, tax, payroll, fund administration, compliance and entity management services essential to global business success.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up Employee Data in Payroll SystemInput data in the system for regular payroll cyclePrepare payroll calculation: tax, social contributions, deductions, other mandated calculations in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and clients policiesPreparation of payment/bank file and uploads/submits Bank File for payment executionPrepares Reports for the Employer, Employee and Statutory BodiesClosure of the Payroll in the Payroll ApplicationPreparation of GL for accounting systemFollow amendments in the Ukrainian payroll and tax legislationCheck the primary documents prepared for processingPreparation of income statements and applications to SSF, employment confirmation upon requestSupervise filing of external and internal original documents according to the established filing systemSubmit designated data and reports per Clients to Senior Accountant for approvalEnsure the adherence to the deadlines established by legislation or by Client in respect of each ClientCommunicate with Client re payroll calculation and payment under senior accountant supervisionReplace a junior payroll accountant if needed (absence for the reason of vacation, illness, etc.)Review data input / calculation/ reports done by Junior Payroll Accountant or other Payroll Accountant or HR specialists re assigned clientsInitiate changes in the system to automation of processes to improve efficiencyInitiate changes in the system due to changes of legislation or methodology of calculationPerform other related duties upon management requestKey Competencies And SkillsClient ServiceProvide consistently high-quality serviceMeet and exceed client expectationsCommunication skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsReport timely and appropriatelySelf-organization and time managementAbility to organize tasks and execute these tasks in the specific timeframeInitiative and independence and teamworkWork effectively in a team and independentlyShare relevant information with other team members and supervisorsExperience And QualificationsRelevant education (at least 4 years of studies in economics or accounting/audit)At least 2-year practical experience with payroll accounting and legislation, forms and methods of payroll accounting, document flow administration by payroll accounting areas, document requirements for payroll at bookkeeping accountsBe computer proficient and have extensive experience in payroll accounting software packages, word processing, spreadsheet and database systemsPre-Intermediate level of English (at least)Cooperate effectively with Clients and colleagues by means of written and oral communication; listen to, understand and ask reasonable questionsBe able to do a great deal of technical work by maintaining exceptional attention to details Maintain confidentiality Be accurate about meeting Clients' deadlines Be capable of multi-tasking and prioritization Good inter-personal skills
