Tasks waiting for this role:

• ensuring accurate and timely payroll for full-time employees and gig contractors (300-400 persons);
• processing of large volumes of information with the aim of ensuring the correctness of financial calculations;
• calculation and payment of compensation for dismissed employees;
• preparation and submission of reports for a small LLC in accordance with legislative requirements;
• formation and processing of income certificates for employees;
• providing advice to employees on issues related to payroll.

What we expect:

• experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• in-depth knowledge of current labor legislation and payroll processes;
• confident user of accounting software 1C 8, as well as MEDOS, Electronic Taxpayer Office, Microsoft Office;
• experience with payroll management systems will be a significant advantage;
• excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team and resolve conflict situations.
