We are looking for an experienced Payroll accountant.

Basic requirements:

• Accounting and auditing "Finance";
• Experience of working in the area of payroll accounting with a staff of 100 or more employees - from 2 years;
• Practical experience of calculating wages, vacation and sick pay;
• Experience in keeping personnel records;
• Knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of accounting and tax accounting;
• Proficient command of programs: 1C, BAS, MEDoc;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Calculation of wages (~100 employees), sick leave, vacation;
• Preparation and execution of personnel documents (orders on hiring, transfer; dismissal, notice of acceptance of an employee);
• Joint reporting, statistical reporting (1-Debt, 1-PV);
• Calculation of taxes on medical insurance;
• Making tax payments in 1C;
• Preparation of income certificates and certificates from the place of work;
• Accounting of business trips, advance reports;
• Preparation of timesheets and staff list.

Working conditions:

• Official employment and salary from the 1st working day;
• Paid trial period (3 months);
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00;
• Work format - remotely or in the office (Kyiv or Zhytomyr) - of your choice.
