We invite a Payroll Accountant to join to our team!

Main tasks:

• Higher education (accounting and auditing, finance, economics);
• Knowledge of labor legislation and tax accounting that relate salaries;
• Experience as an accountant for at least 5 years;
• Experience as a payroll accountant with a staff of 150 or more.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and with several companies at the same time;
• Experienced user of 1C, BAF, MEDok, Microsoft Office (experience in SAP will be an advantage);
• The ability to organize one's own work process - to set priorities (tasks/time) for optimal results;
• Attention, responsibility, stress resistance, non-conflict;

Necessary skills:

• Calculation and payment of wages, taking into account salaries, bonuses, supplements, allowances and other payments;
• Accounting and calculation of taxes and mandatory contributions (personal income tax, personal income tax, social security tax);
• Calculation of hospital, vacation, maternity and other compensations;
• Formation and preparation of payment documents (information, payment registers, etc.);
• Interaction with the HR department regarding timesheets and personnel accruals;
• Preparation and submission of relevant reports to controlling bodies;
• Preparation of certificates for employees (about income, for banks, etc.);
• Control of the correctness of calculations and compliance with legislation. statements, statements for corporate cards in the 1C, SAP, BAS systems
• Advance reports
• You have knowledge of labor legislation and tax accounting related to salaries;
• Partial primary documentation
