Holding "Klara Group" invites a payroll and personnel accounting accountant to its team

Our expectations:

• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine (KZPU, ZU on vacations and other normative legal acts, instructions, regulations);
• Experience in accrual of salary for a staff of 100 or more employees and maintenance taxes from it.
• Management of personnel records, orders, calculation of vacations, sick leave, etc.
• Practical experience of working with CPC contracts;
• Confident PC user; work experience in 1C 8.3 UTP, Medok, Excel, Word
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years

Main duties:

• Maintenance of personnel records (staff of 100 or more employees); submission of a notice of acceptance of an employee to a supervisory body; preparation of a package of documents for employees for hiring/dismissal; execution of personnel orders; Issuance of salary certificates;
• Calculation and payment of wages to employees, verification of the correctness of calculations during the calculation month, accrual of sick leave, vacation, maternity leave, etc.; withholding the necessary contributions, taxes and fees in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• Control of the calculation of wages and taxes in the program; recalculation of salary to employee cards;
• Maintenance of military records;
• Preparation and submission of payroll reports to state authorities in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation;
• Execution of orders financial director and chief accountant.
