Your main tasks will be the following:- Analysis of problematic payments, thorough study and resolution of various types of payment transaction requests;- Interaction with PSP, for fast solving issues; - Processing chargebacks; - Monitoring the performance of payment methods, actively analyzing and tracking the effectiveness of various methods for payment; - Participation in the analysis of reports and finding errors, identifying patterns in reports and analyzes of frequent customer errors; - Reporting. Our candidate has such characteristics: - Has experience in a similar position for 1 year or more; - Speed ​​of response to requests; - Speed ​​of solving problematic payments; - Initiative in work and communications with PSP; - Pre-Intermediate level of English; - Ability to make decisions independently; - Practical experience in multitasking mode; - Responsibility, stress resistance, purposefulness, initiative.
