Your main tasks will be the following: - Analysis of problematic payments, careful study and resolution of various types of payment transaction requests; - Interaction with PSP, for quick resolution of issues; - Processing of chargebacks; - Monitoring of the performance of payment methods, active analysis and tracking the effectiveness of various methods for payment; - Participation in the analysis of reports and finding errors, identifying patterns in reports and analyzes of frequent customer errors; - Reporting. Our candidate has the following characteristics: - Has experience in a similar position for 1 year or more; - Speed response to requests;- Speed ​​of resolving problematic payments;- Initiative in work and communications with PSP;- Pre-Intermediate level of English;- Ability to make decisions independently;- Practical experience in multitasking;- Responsibility, stress resistance, purposefulness, proactiveness.
