You would berunning such tasksas: • Monitor competitor’s activity; • Conduct acomparison ofthe product components; • Make adeep market research; • Research and help toimplement advanced technologies for billing methods for different markets; • Define and analyze A/B tests tooptimize product performance and understand user behavior; • Track metrics and find points ofstrengths/weaknesses ofcompetitors; • Deep dive onpayment user behavior: product funnels, customer journey, activity cycles; • Investigate drops, conduct factor analysis and breakdown; • Generate ideas and transform them into thoughtful concepts inthe billing department.
