Requirements:

- Understanding of the FinTech domain, especially payments processes like Visa/Mastercard, Internet acquiring, payment cards, e-wallets, payment systems, 3D Secure, etc.

- Practical experience (1 year+) in conducting new integrations and maintaining existing ones with payment systems, banks, PSPs.

- Experience with logs analysis and monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, etc.

- Proficiency in API technologies (REST API, JSON, HTTP), experience with tools like Postman.

- Intermediate Level English proficiency for reading technical documentation and communicating with external support.

- Basic knowledge of SQL.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer, QA, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst.

- Understanding of PCI DSS purpose and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the integration of our platform with third-party services using APIs (payment systems, banks, etc.).

- Connect our platform with online merchants using API.

- Analyze and optimize requirements documentation related to monitoring interactions.

- Optimize the platform and external systems integration processes.

- Keep internal integration documentation up-to-date.

- Provide support to ensure stable integrations with external systems, including incident management and monitoring key quality indicators of interactions.
