- Provide technical support and solve complex technical problems;

We need your professional experience:
- 2-3 years of work experience in the payment field in a similar position;
- Technical training (HTML, XML, HPP, JSON) regarding API;
- Knowledge of technical integration flows of online payments;
- Experience with API documentation, technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and interaction with partners;
- Understanding of the integration process, experience of communication with business managers, technical managers and developers;
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), project management experience;
- Experience of communication with foreign customers and/or providers;
- English language level B2 or higher, with the ability to discuss technical aspects;
- Experience in creating and managing technical documentation.
