Payment specialist in Metinvest

For more than 15 years, we have been a reliable and responsible partner and employer. We are looking for a specialist in the payment company of the Group — Metinvest Business Service. What you need to do: check the correctness and completeness of the customer's payment item data based on the primary documentation in the SAP ERP and MS SharePoint Portal systems, carry out necessary actions and communications when errors are detected, monitor compliance with the phasing of the payment calendar; create payment instructions in accounting systems and import them into the "Client-Bank" systems (if necessary, create payment instructions in the "Client-Bank" systems) with further transfer to bank; import bank statements from the Client-Bank systems and upload them to the SAP ERP and MS SharePoint Portal systems, send statement files by e-mail; perform work on the administration of customer accounts in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine; participate in internal financial monitoring at the level of their competence, perform the functions provided for by the rules of financial monitoring; participate in the preparation of information and the preparation of treasury reports at the request of the customer's services and departments; monitor compliance with the document flow procedure and closing deadlines for the reporting period according to the functional direction. Our expectations: availability of higher education (" Economics", "Finance", "Accounting", "Banking", etc.); preferably, work experience from the 1st year, related to the preparation of bank payment documents, forex operations and experience in "Client-Bank" systems; knowledge of normative acts, instructions and resolutions of the National Bank of Ukraine, which regulate the procedure for calculations in national and foreign currency and the implementation of export-import operations; ability to work with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel); professionalism, sociability, client orientation, high degree of responsibility, initiative.
