Together Networks product company is looking for an experienced Payment Product Manager (payments expert ) , who will join the current team and will be able to strengthen it.

Responsibilities and main tasks:

• development of the roadmap for the development of e-commerce/e-payment products in accordance with the company's strategy;
• development and improvement of the payment system of a large project;
• designing and creating a new payment functionality;
• optimization of existing functionality, generation of ideas based on own experience, market analysis and trends;
• solving complex non-standard tasks and situations from idea/problem to implementation/solution.

Requirements for candidates:

Hard Skills:

• experience work in e-commerce/fintech from 5 years;
• deep understanding of the principles of electronic payments, understanding of regulations and features of card payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, JCB);
• the ability to form detailed, structured and understandable presentations, reports, descriptions of ideas and tasks, competently present work results;
• ability to analyze data at the level of summary tables in Excel, form conclusions and hypotheses;
• the ability to determine the business value and potential profit of an idea/hypothesis/task, assess risks;
• experience with high-risk card processing will be a big plus;
• English - upper intermediate (written and oral communication with partners is expected);
• experience with PCI DSS and technical background will be a plus;
• desire to develop in the fintech/payment direction.
  Soft Skills:
  
• a proactive person is needed, ready to independently perform assigned high-level tasks, and in the future to independently generate such tasks. At the same time, it is important that a person sees the picture as a whole, understands the essence and problems of high-risk payments. Was able to make an informed decision, assess the potential consequences of her decisions and defend her point of view.
